Christmas Concert
As promised information you require for the forthcoming Event. Tickets price is £6.50
The location will be:?Blue Coats C E School Date:?4th December 2011 Times: 2pm and 5pm
All pupils will be required to do both performances. All pupils need to be in the dressing room and ready to perform at least half an hour before the performance starts..
Hair – all pupils must have their hair in diamonds and curls.
Make up – all pupils over the age of 6 will need full stage makeup , inters will need to wear false eyelashes. Under 5’s will need just a line of “le Freak”.(everyone will need to bring their own makeup and hair accessories)
All pupils will require a blue Christmas hat – these can be purchased from myself at £4.50(please order asap with money in an envelope).

Theatre Group
Dancing uniform black jazz shoes and blue tinsel.
I will be supplying Tinsel and White fluff this will be £1.00 per costume. I will also be getting all the red T shirts, Snowflake headdresses, santas little helper costumes, Green Phoenix Theatre group T shirt . If you have not got anything else that’s on the list you will need to purchase this. A Charge will be made for these additional items.
We will also require 6 chaperones for each performance. If you are willing to help back stage dressing all the children at one of the performances please let me know. Please be aware that only chaperones will be allowed in the dressing room once performance has started.
